As soon as a candidate registers in the website, A reference number is allotted to him/her. Immediately after registering, the candidate should take a print out of the registration Performa. Academy of Aviation Education gets a copy of the registration and sends a call letter for the interview to the candidate, specifying the place, date and time to report for the interview. Candidates are asked to bring original certificates of educational qualification and other documents to prove their identities. Detailed intimation would be given regarding the conduct of the interview in that letter. The interview would be held at:

A processing fee of INR 2,500 is charged from the candidate as fee for interview and enrolment. At the time of reporting for interview, this amount has to be paid in cash or through a Demand Draft favoring Academy of Aviation Education, Payable at Chennai.

On the day of interview, candidates are given a test in Mathematics and Physics (plus 2 level) followed by a Skill test. Then the candidates are formed into groups of seven to eight persons to participate in Group Discussion on any topic of interest. Marks are awarded for the group discussion. Later the candidates are made to appear for a personal interview with the selection committee members who are from the Aviation industry. Marks are allotted to each candidate in the interview and their performance is assessed by adding all the test marks. Here ends the interview process for the candidates and they would be informed whether they are selected or not.
