Squadron Leader C.K. Julius(Retd), Director of the Academy, is a very experienced fighter pilot with extensive flying instructional and ground instructional experience in fighter operational training units in the Indian Air Force. He also has experience in setting up a flying school earlier as also in the commencement of commercial airlines He is well versed in the demands of airlines and hence would look after those aspects.

Wing Commander S Jayachandran(Retd) is B.E, F.I.E( India ), AMIETE and holds P.G Diploma of All India Management Association. He was a Flight Signaler. He was a qualified Technical Instructor with extensive flying experience as Cockpit Crew. Has been the Senior Instructor (Electronics) at Air Force Technical College, Bangalore and has served in an Air Force Command Headquarters dealing with Flight Safety for four years.

V.K. Shanmuganathan is an Aeronautical Engineer with Post Graduation in Industrial Engineering. He has got about four years of experience in Aviation Industry as well as in Educational Institutions.

AAE has Guest Lecturers with vast experience in Aviation subjects, who will deliver lectures at frequent intervals.
